We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days for us to receive your purchase back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, the same condition that you received it: uncut closure lace, unworn or unused, Curly unraveled and unbrushed.
Orders with bleached knots are not exchanged or refundable. We are not responsible for balding caused by bleached knots. We are not responsible for discolouration or shedding caused by bleaching or dyes.
We are not responsible for damage to lace after it has been used. Customers must check that the lace of their unit is not damaged upon arrival. We are happy to replace damaged lace cause by production. Not by the customer.
The product must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging.
*All returns MUST pass this criteria above due to laws that regulate the sales of wigs.
Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return process; send an email to [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
